How will my order be shipped?
Frosch will courier your items to your door within four working days of your order, although most of our deliveries are much quicker than that. We deliver weekdays, except bank holidays.
We believe that home delivery is a relatively low-footprint method of getting goods to your door. Find out more about our approach to managing courier shipments here.
How much will my home delivery cost?
Our delivery charges are as follows:
UK mainland, orders of less than £16 in total value: £5.95
UK mainland, orders of £16 or more: free delivery
Channel Islands & Northern Ireland: £15.
Where does Frosch Store deliver to?
We deliver to any address within the United Kingdom. Delivery charges apply and are published at checkout.
We regret that we cannot deliver outside of the United Kingdom mainland, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. Please make sure you select the correct delivery rates for offshore UK addresses.
What if I am out when the delivery arrives?
When having Frosch delivered to a home address please make sure you give Leave in a Safe Place instructions. Our couriers will always try to follow the instructions given, so won't leave parcels with neighbours or by your door unless they have been told to.
If there is no safe place to leave a parcel when no one is in then we recommend you have Frosch delivered to a work or other address where someone will always be in to receive the parcel.
Can I change an order once I have placed it?
Because we process customer orders as quickly as possible we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your order once the online checkout process has been completed. However, use your online contact form to contact customer services and we will always do our best to help our customers.
Can I change the delivery address once my order has been dispatched for delivery?
Once we send out the goods our couriers will take them to a depot near to your chosen delivery address. We cannot change this address at this point because the goods would need to be returned to us and sent out a second time to the depot at the new address.
If I am not available to receive an order can I change my mind and cancel?
You can cancel an order that has been out for delivery. Once we have been able to retrieve the goods from our couriers we can reimburse you less outbound and inbound courier charges that we have incurred.
